Up the Hill Exclusive is a small-batch California cannabis brand based in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The Site is an age-gated marketing and informational website intended for adults 21 and older. We do not conduct retail sales, accept payments, or fulfill orders through this Site; purchases are made through licensed third-party dispensaries.

We have designed this Site to collect as little personal information as possible.

• Information you give us. If you email us at the address below, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• Age-gate confirmation. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we store a single flag in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked again. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. See our Cookie Policy for details.
• Automatically collected technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) may process limited technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security, reliability, and to serve the Site. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
• Embedded video. We embed videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When a video player loads, YouTube/Google may store a device identifier in your browser and may receive your IP address; additional data may be processed if you press play. We do not collect sensitive personal information (as defined by the CPRA) through this Site — including government ID or driver’s-license numbers, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical or health information, precise geolocation, or medical-cannabis-card numbers. Our age gate only records a yes/no confirmation that you are 21+, not your date of birth or any ID.

• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To confirm visitors meet the legal age requirement.
• To respond to messages and inquiries you send us.
• To comply with legal obligations applicable to licensed cannabis brands.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this Site.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal and a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Because we do not track you across other websites over time and do not sell or share your personal information, these signals have no data for us to act on.
